Welcome to Northland Remedies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services.

1. Age Restrictions & Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age. We strictly prohibit the sale of our products to anyone under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request age verification and to cancel any order if we suspect the purchaser is underage or purchasing on behalf of a minor.

2. Geographic Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying state regulations regarding hemp-derived cannabinoids, Northland Remedies strictly restricts the sale and shipment of our products to certain jurisdictions.

  • We currently do not ship to or process orders from the following states: Colorado, Idaho, and Wyoming.

  • It is your responsibility to understand the local laws and regulations regarding CBD and CBG products in your specific jurisdiction before placing an order. Any orders placed with shipping addresses in restricted states will be immediately canceled and refunded.

3. Product Disclaimers & FDA Notice

The products offered by Northland Remedies contain hemp-derived Cannabidiol (CBD) and Cannabigerol (CBG).

  • FDA Disclaimer: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Topical Use Only: All Northland Remedies products are formulated strictly for external, topical application. Do not ingest.

  • Consult a Physician: We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking any medications.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene and safety standards, all sales are final. We do not accept physical returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction, or accidental purchases.

Exceptions for Company Error: We will issue a replacement or refund only if an error occurred on our end. This includes:

  • Receiving the incorrect product.

  • The product arriving significantly damaged or compromised in transit.

If you experience a company error, you must contact our support team within 72 hours of receiving your delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.

5. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Northland Remedies, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or any similar damages arising from your use of any of our products or the website.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Northland Remedies and our partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
